Do I have to notify Valley Mini Storage when I move out?

Yes, we require a 30-day written notice delivered to our office.
Are there any restrictions on what I can store?

Yes, we don’t allow any flammable or hazardous material in the units.
Do you have any trash containers on site?

No, you need to take your trash with you. If you leave trash in your unit, we will not return your deposit.
Do you charge late fees?

Yes, a late charge of $15.00 will be added to your account if the payment is not received in our office by the 10th of each month.
Can I hang shelving on the wall?

Free standing shelving is fine. Please do not attach anything to the walls. Thanks.
Are there lights in the units?

Yes, there is a ceiling light and a switch on the side of the wall. We ask that you don’t use any adaptors in the socket.
Do you have restrooms on site?

Yes, we have a restroom in the office. It can be accessed during office hours. 9am-5pm M-F and 10am-4pm on the weekends.
